Qualifications

  • Provide copy of your Sales Tax Exemption Form.
  • Provide copy of your Business License.
  • Complete a Credit Application
  • Meet opening order requirement of $10,000.00
  • Maintain the annual purchase volume of $40,000.00
  • Adhere to our Minimum Advertised Pricing guidelines

Accounts will be reviewed annually from the date they are/were established.

Pricing
Classic Design Concepts catalog and pricing guide contains specific information about the products that CDC manufactures. Product specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Terms
Stocking Distributors may apply for open account status with CDC, after a good payment status has been maintained for at least 5 months.  No account will be considered open until we have approved a completed credit application.  In order to maintain open account status, your account balance must be kept current.  If open account status is not maintained, then open account status will be revoked and payment must be made paid by Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express, or prepaid. All special orders or paint related work will require pre-payment, in part or in full.

Back Orders
Back orders will be held with no time limit unless otherwise requested by the customer. Classic Design Concepts recommends all back orders be canceled in writing.

Freight
All CDC products will be shipped the fastest, most economical method, from Milford, Michigan. The standard shipping method used by CDC is Fed Ex ground unless otherwise notified by the customer. Due to the size of certain products, truck shipments will be necessary. All Classic Design Concepts customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs including C.O.D. charges and change of address charges, should they arise.  All orders drop shipped will incur a $3.00 fee per order.

Claims/Shortages
Carton shortages and damages must be reported to Classic Design concepts immediately. Please have a description of the missing or damaged parts for reference when calling.

NOTE:  It is the responsibility of the receiving party to inspect the contents of the package BEFORE signing for it.  Damaged items should be REFUSED and noted on all bills of lading in order to properly file a claim with the freight carrier.  CDC will not be responsible for damages occuring during shipping.

Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not include; normal wear and tear, environmental condictions, improper installation, road hazards, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collision, fire, theft, freezing, vandelism, riot, explosion or objects striking the vehicle, such as driving over curbs, overloading, racing or using the vehicle as a stationary power source, altering, dissassembling or modifying the parts, defects caused or induced by failures, breakdowns, or damage by other parts, components or the vehicle; subjecting the parts to excessive moisture or water or any motor vehicle fluids (e.g. oil, anti-freeze, battery acid, brake fluid, etc); acts of God, natural disasters and other similar causes beyond the reasonable control of CDC; or application of chemicals that affect the parts.  This Limited Warranty does not cover surface deterioration of paint, trim, and appearance items that result from use and/or exposure to the elements, such as stone chips, scratches, bird dripping, lightning, hail, windstorm, dings, dents, earthquake, road salt, tree sap, water or flood.

Return Goods Authorization
Any products to be returned to CDC must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by CDC. Any products returned to CDC will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns need to be sent prepaid, CDC will not accept C.O.D returns. Return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Classic Design Concepts will not be responsible for unauthorized returns. Special order products are not returnable.

IMPORTANT
Please read this notice before inspecting content of container:

  • All products include instructions and hardware.
  • Any product requiring paint should be pre-fit to vehicle before you paint. (Parts should fit without force.)
  • All surfaces where 3M acrylic bonding tape is used, should always be prepped with isopropyl alcohol first!
  • Always read installation instructions completely before installing.

We will not be responsible for any costs due to improper fit or improper preparation. Also, be sure you are completely satisfied before you paint.

All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves Classic Design Concepts, if you are not satisfied please contact us.

If a part is lost, broken open or damaged in transit please notify Classic Design Concepts as soon as possible. Any package leaving CDC is always insured for the full value. Please DO NOT return the damaged part to us until authorized. Classic Design Concepts will file a damage report. If a damaged part is returned without filing a claim, the carrier will not be responsible and your loss will NOT BE COVERED.

All sales at CDC are considered final and returns for any reason must be authorized in advance by Kale Dicks. NO returns will be accepted after 10 days and all returns are subject to a 20% charge for restocking. The charge is not in effect if the customer chooses other merchandise of the same value. All returned items must be freight paid.  Please note: items must be returned within 30 days from the receipt of the RMA otherwise the RMA will be voided.

ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS OR COD RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
