Procedures for Returning or Exchanging Product

PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE – Please refer to your original invoice.

ANY PACKAGES BEING SENT/RETURNED TO CDC WITHOUT RMA NUMBERS WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

Returns and Exchanges
At Classic Design Concepts, your satisfaction is our goal. We strive to get your order to you complete, undamaged and 100% correct. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Products can be returned within 15 days of shipment as long as they are unused, uninstalled, unpainted and in new and saleable condition. Returned products need to be in their original packaging with all parts and instructions included. All returns of non-defective, non-damaged or special order parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless we made an error.

All returns require a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from one of our Customer Service Department Representatives. Whether we have made an error, you wish to exchange something, or there is a warranty claim, an RMA number is required. This number must be written on the outside of the returned package. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. No returns will be accepted on painted, modified, "Custom" or "Special Order" items. Item(s) must be received within 30 days of the RMA issue date; otherwise the Return Merchandise Authorization will be voided.

IMPORTANT

Please read this notice before inspecting content of container:

  • All products include instructions and hardware.
  • Any product requiring paint should be pre-fit to vehicle before you paint. (Parts should fit without force.)
  • All surfaces where 3M acrylic bonding tape is used, should always be prepped with isopropyl alcohol first!
  • Always read installation instructions completely before installing.

We will not be responsible for any costs due to improper fit or improper preparation. Also, be sure you are completely satisfied before you paint.

All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves Classic Design Concepts.  If a part is lost, broken open or damaged in transit please notify Classic Design Concepts as soon as possible. Any package leaving CDC is always insured for the full value. Please DO NOT return the damaged part to us until authorized. Classic Design Concepts will file a damage report. If a damaged part is returned without filing a claim, the carrier will not be responsible and your loss will NOT BE COVERED.

All sales at CDC are considered final and returns for any reason must be authorized in advance by Kale Dicks. NO returns will be accepted after 10 days and all returns are subject to a 20% charge for restocking. The charge is not in effect if the customer chooses other merchandise of the same value. All returned items must be freight paid.  Please note: items must be returned within 30 days from the receipt of the RA otherwise the RA will be voided.

ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS OR COD RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
