I purchased these to eliminate the front to rear rocking each time I shifted. These did the trick. I installed these in my garage with a jack and jack stands. I used a professional spring compressor to remove and replace the springs on the front struts. The rears took very little effort to remove once the suspension was lowered, and the new lowered springs went easily back into place. With the spring compressor I was able to change both front and rears in 2 hours. I love the new ride height and the rocking is now gone.
